Report A Fuel Price Issue

Fuel Frugal uses UK Fuel Finder fuel price and forecourt data where available. Motor fuel traders are expected to submit price updates to Fuel Finder within 30 minutes of a price change. That information is then made available through the Fuel Finder service and passed on to Fuel Frugal; Fuel Frugal does not control the prices submitted by petrol stations or the timing of their updates.

Prices can change at the pump, and sometimes a station's latest update may not yet be reflected in the data. Please report anything that looks wrong so it can be checked against the official data source.

When reporting a price issue, please include:

• Station name.
• Station address or postcode.
• Fuel type.
• Price shown in Fuel Frugal.
• Price seen at the station.
• Date and time.
